Pakzub Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Pakzub ("Pakzub", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://pakzub.cam and all associated content, services and information provided therein (collectively, the "Platform").

Pakzub operates as an English-language online gambling information and entertainment platform designed for Pakistani users. The Platform provides sports betting guidance, live casino information, responsible gambling resources, bonus term education and related content. Pakzub does not accept bets, process gambling transactions, hold player funds or operate as a licensed gambling operator. We are an information and content platform.

The Platform is intended for users who have a legitimate interest in understanding online gambling — its mechanics, associated risks and responsible participation. By accessing, browsing or using the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. Continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance of the then-current Terms, including any amendments that may be posted from time to time.

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering an account. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual is prohibited.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account details with any third party. You accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.

• Updates: You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Outdated information may delay verification or withdrawal processing.
• KYC Compliance: You agree to provide identity verification documents as reasonably requested to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.

In accessing and using the Platform, you agree to comply with the following terms of use at all times:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You will not use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable local, national or international law or regulation — including, but not limited to, Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any other applicable legislation.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, any server on which the Platform is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the Platform.
• You will not use the Platform to transmit any unsolicited advertising or promotional material.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, crawlers or scrapers to access or index the Platform's content without prior written permission from Pakzub.
• You will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any portion of the Platform's content without express written authorization.
• You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that the Platform is an information resource — not a guarantee of winnings, financial returns or gambling success.

The Platform may contain links to or descriptions of third-party gambling operators. Pakzub is not responsible for the practices, terms, availability or compliance status of those operators. Any interaction you have with a third-party operator is governed by that operator's own terms and conditions.

As Pakzub is an information platform and not a gambling operator, we do not process deposits or withdrawals directly. The following guidance applies to educational information published on this Platform regarding payment methods at third-party gambling operators:

• Payment Method Availability: References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as familiar Pakistani payment rails for context and educational purposes only. Availability at any specific gambling operator must be verified independently in that operator's cashier.

• Using the Platform to engage in any form of fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Exploiting any technical error, glitch or vulnerability in the Platform for personal gain.

• Impersonating another person or entity in connection with use of the Platform.

Pakzub reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any user found engaging in prohibited conduct, and to report such conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

All content on the Pakzub Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, educational guides, page layouts and software — is the intellectual property of Pakzub or its content licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction or republication of Platform content without prior written authorization.
• Commercial use of any Platform content, including resale, redistribution or incorporation into third-party products.
• Modification or creation of derivative works based on Platform content.
• Removal of any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices from Platform content.

The Pakzub name, logo and associated branding elements are proprietary marks of Pakzub. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pakzub expressly disclaims all warranties, representations and conditions — whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise — regarding the Platform and its content, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Pakzub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform or its content.
• Any reliance placed on information published on the Platform.
• Any gambling losses, financial losses or other damages arising from use of third-party gambling operator services referenced on the Platform.
• Errors, inaccuracies or omissions in Platform content, including illustrative PKR figures or bonus term descriptions.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or account.
• Any conduct of third parties in connection with the Platform.

The Platform is provided strictly as an information resource. Pakzub is not a gambling operator, does not process bets or payments, and accepts no liability for any outcome arising from your engagement with any gambling platform or activity.

Pakzub reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Conduct that, in Pakzub's reasonable judgment, is harmful to other users, the Platform or third parties.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age or jurisdictional requirements.
• Request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement body or court of competent jurisdiction.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including limitations of liability, intellectual property rights and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is registered, as published in the Platform's current regulatory disclosures. Where no specific jurisdiction is stated, applicable international commercial law principles shall apply to the extent permitted.

Pakistani users are reminded that local legislation — including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 — may impose additional obligations, restrictions or prohibitions that apply to their use of this Platform and any linked gambling services, irrespective of the governing law set out in these Terms. Nothing in this clause constitutes legal advice or confirms the legality of gambling activity in Pakistan.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with Pakzub support shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration bodies of the governing jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

Pakzub reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective from the date on which the revised Terms are published on the Platform. Where material changes are made, we will endeavor to provide reasonable notice through the Platform — for example, by updating the "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
